bdtk4 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — this is the legal agreement between you and bdtk4.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("you" or "user") of the bdtk4 platform and all its associated services ("services"). By registering an account or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

bdtk4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If any changes are made, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions & Introduction

The following meanings apply to the terms used in these Terms:

  • "Platform" — bdtk4's website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
  • "User" or "you" — any person who has opened an account on the platform or is using the services.
  • "Account" — the user's personal profile created through registration.
  • "Wallet" — the virtual fund balance linked to your account.
  • "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by bdtk4 that are usable under specific conditions.
  • "Real Money" — actual funds deposited by the user.
  • "Turnover / Wagering" — the required amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Important: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh shall be accepted.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

For ages 21 and above only. You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on bdtk4 and use any of its services. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2.2 Registration Terms

  1. Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
  2. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date.
  3. You confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and that you are legally eligible to use online betting services.
  4. For account verification purposes, bdtk4 may at any time request that you submit your identity documents or other paperwork.
  5. If members of the same household or multiple accounts from the same IP address are being operated, it is mandatory to inform bdtk4.

2.3 Updating Your Information

It is your responsibility to notify bdtk4 immediately if any of your account details change. bdtk4 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. bdtk4 encourages you to keep your login details confidential and recommends keeping the following in mind:

  • Keep your password strong and unique — use a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
  • Do not share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
  • If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
  • If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
Liability: All activity carried out from your account will be considered your own, unless you have informed us in a timely manner that your account has been compromised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into bdtk4, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. These four mobile financial services are the only accepted payment methods on bdtk4.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same for each method).
  • Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
  • Once funds are deposited, they will be reflected in your wallet and can be used for betting or casino games.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The source of the deposit must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile account that you used to make your deposit.
  • Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
About Rocket: Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. You can use it to easily deposit and withdraw on bdtk4.

4.3 Transaction Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to technical reasons or on the part of the mobile financial service provider. In such cases, please contact our 24/7 support team. Any complaint regarding a transaction must be reported within 72 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on bdtk4 have the opportunity to receive a bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳31,000.
  • The maximum bonus limit is ৳15,000, which applies regardless of the deposit amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000. This means a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before any winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  1. Each bonus may only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting or gaming purposes.
  3. Bonus funds are activated once the real money balance runs out.
  4. bdtk4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  5. If bdtk4 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, that user's bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk4 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Warning: Any attempt at fraud, deception, or system manipulation will lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
  • Money Laundering: bdtk4 complies with anti-money laundering laws. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Fraud: Opening an account with false information, submitting fake payment receipts, or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating and operating more than one account by the same person.
  • Third-Party Use: Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Software Hacking: Attempting to intrude on, modify, or abuse the platform's software.
  • Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
  • Minor Access: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use an account.
  • Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other users to use betting strategies that guarantee an outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk4 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is intellectual property owned by or licensed to bdtk4.

  1. You are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without the written permission of bdtk4.
  3. Using bdtk4's trademarks or logos for any purpose is prohibited.
  4. The games available on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and are operated under their respective license agreements.

Limitation of Liability

bdtk4 always strives to provide a reliable and secure service. However, bdtk4 will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical errors.
  • Disruption to the services of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • Issues caused by your device or network.
  • Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any event beyond bdtk4's control.
  • Loss resulting from a user's account details falling into the hands of a third party due to carelessness or negligence.

bdtk4 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In the case of direct losses, bdtk4's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Account Closure by bdtk4

bdtk4 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Submission of false identity or documents.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Direction from a regulatory authority.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining real money balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to conditions).

Fund Refund: If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, bdtk4 is not obligated to return any funds. However, in the case of a voluntary account closure, the verified balance will be returned.

Responsible Gambling

bdtk4 places the highest importance on responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
